At Insightia AI, we stand behind the quality of our work and want every client relationship to be built on clarity and fairness. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across our website development, SEO, marketing, and advertising services.

If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first at info@insightiaai.com or (951) 530-1662 — most issues are resolved within one business day, and we’d rather fix it directly than have you go through your bank.

Website & App Development Projects
  • Before work begins: If you cancel within 3 business days of your deposit and no design or development work has started, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • During discovery or design: If you cancel after planning has started but before mockups are approved, you’ll receive a 50% refund of amounts paid to date.
  • After mockup approval: Once you’ve approved a design and development is underway, work completed is non-refundable, since resources have already been committed to your project. Any portion of your payment covering work not yet started will still be refunded.
  • After launch: Completed and delivered projects are not eligible for refund. Post-launch bugs and errors introduced by our development are fixed at no charge; new feature requests are quoted separately
SEO, Marketing & Advertising Retainers
  • These are month-to-month services. You may cancel at any time with 15 days’ written notice by email.
  • Work already completed in the current billing period is non-refundable, since it reflects services already rendered. You will not be billed for any period after your cancellation takes effect.
  • Ad spend is billed separately from our management fee and passed directly to the ad platform (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.). Any pre-paid ad budget not yet spent by the platform will be returned to you; amounts already spent on your campaigns are non-refundable, as they’ve been paid out to the platform on your behalf.
Special or Time-Limited Offers

Promotional packages and limited-time offers arranged with our sales team follow the terms stated at signup. Where no other term is specified, these require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email info@insightiaai.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
