Welcome to Insightia AI — a Massachusetts-based agency providing AI-powered SEO, digital marketing, advertising, website development, and CRM services to businesses across the United States.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before signing a quote or making payment.

Our Services

Insightia AI provides the following services, each governed by the applicable terms in this document:

  • SEO & Digital Marketing: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, Google Business Profile management, content optimization
  • Advertising: Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and social media ad campaign management
  • Website & App Development: custom website design, development, and web applications
  • CRM Implementation & Support

Quotes & Payment

  • All work begins from a written quotation based on the requirements you provide. Clear, complete requirements at the quoting stage help us give you an accurate price — significant changes to scope after a quote is accepted may result in a revised estimate.
  • Accepting a quote (by signature, email confirmation, or payment of an initial invoice) constitutes agreement to these Terms.
  • Invoices are due on the schedule stated in your quote. Recurring services (SEO, marketing, and advertising retainers) bill monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Card payments, including manually processed (phone or invoice-link) transactions, are accepted for clients on retainer or project-based agreements who prefer not to use an online checkout.

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

  • We use White Hat SEO methods only, in line with current search engine guidelines.
  • Deliverables and reporting cadence are outlined in your specific service agreement.
  • We ask that clients avoid engaging another SEO provider for the same scope of work during an active contract term, so results and reporting stay accurate — this can be discussed if your needs change.
  • We require reasonable access to your website and related accounts to perform SEO work. If access is delayed, project timelines may adjust accordingly.

Advertising Services

  • Ad spend is billed separately from our management fee and is paid directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.) on your behalf.
  • Campaigns launch only after you’ve approved the budget and creative direction.
  • We follow each ad platform’s policies; content that violates platform guidelines may be declined or require revision before launch.

Website & App Development

  • Each project includes an agreed scope and number of hours. Minor revisions within that scope are included; significant changes or new features are quoted separately.
  • All content and assets needed for your project should be provided within the first two weeks of work to keep the timeline on track. Delays in providing materials may extend delivery dates.
  • We test on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and on standard mobile devices. Let us know in advance if you need testing on other environments.
  • Bugs identified during or shortly after development are fixed at no charge. Changes to approved designs or completed features are billed separately.
  • Domain registration and hosting are not included in project quotes unless specifically stated. We’re happy to arrange either with a separate estimate.
  • Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered website for your business. Source code ownership and transfer terms are detailed in your project agreement.

Communication

Email is our primary channel for project updates and official communication. Please keep us informed of any change to your contact information.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for all services are detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Disputes & Liability
